Crescendo A/S, a Danish property investment company, has purchased 2 properties from Dades, one of Denmarks largest privately owned real estate investment companies. The properties in question are: 1. newer terraced houses in the Aarhus suburb of Hørning. 2. A rental property divided into common-hold units in Nyhavn,Copenhagen. Imprima VDR was used for the transactions.
